I am offering a room in an awesome house in Hampton.
I am a Carpenter so i work long hours, so I need someone on a similar schedule. I surf and snowboard so I would like someone that is semi active. Would prefer a non smoker, but isnt a crucial factor.
My dog is kind of part of the package so if your not an animal person it might not be the best option, although he is awesome :) .
So about the place:
-2 Bedroom, one is available
-Heaps of parking
-Have large LCD TV, PS3, Unlimited Internet
- Living room is large enough to comfortably seat 10 people
- Less than a 5 minute walk to the beach
-10 min max walk to Brighton Beach train station, Bus to St. Kilda at the end of street, 5 min walk to Hampton street
-Washing Machine, Clothes Drier, Clothes line out back
-All standard kitchen appliances and electric cocking,dishwasher, BBQ
-Room currently has a queen bed and table in it, they are optional, can store them easily.
-Bills are paid split when arrive
-Lease will be for up to 8 months (I have a bit less than a year on my lease)
Rent is $2,132 per month but can possibly pay slightly more than half if it is neccecary for the right applicant
